Title II for Equity Crowdfunding approved by SEC

A lot of people are worried that people are going to get fleeced. For now it's only accredited investors. But you can legally advertise your equity offering now. Title III is the friends and family provision that would allow you to advertise it on Facebook and Twitter.

As my wife put it, "I would rather lose my money than have someone lose it for me.", which i agree with. The idea that the poors need to be protected from upward mobility irks me.
Men often oppose a thing merely because they have had no agency in planning it, or because it may have been planned by those whom they dislike.

That's Democrats for you, they wrote all those rules. Destroying lives for as long as they have been around, Democrats.

Just another sign of the inevitable growth of corporate personhood.

Wow, your one note actually was timed well and harmonized with the discussion.

You got one right!

I've found more than one note is wasted on the tone deaf.
