When Washington is contemplating...
- Exiting NAFTA or the WTO
- Forbidding visas to people from this or that country
- Building a wall at the border with Mexico - or Canada
- Waging war on China - or Kirghizistan
- Increasing the military budget by umpteen billion dollars

- Renovating the country's infrastructures
