For example if you were to google "Founding Fathers 2nd amendment" do you think that would help you prepare for a debate or hurt you.

I'll google it after you make your case.
And I wouldn't have it any other way.

Unsurprisingly, the American issue of "gun rights vs gun control" is irrelevant with regards to the issue of terrorism in Europe.

I'm going with noddy, what is the point of importing terrorists just so you can play cops and robbers with them for decades. Just don't import them.

Straw man argument given that no one is advocating importing terrorists.

A reminder that is an Old World thread.

There already is an active New World thread on the topic.

Consistently not even wrong

Militia

The French Resistance is an example of a militia.

The US Natl Guard is an example of a militia.

A militia is representative and enjoys the support of the general population.

In contrast:
A select militia is composed of a small, non-representative portion of the population, often politicized.
"Select militia" is the polite terms for self-appointed ideology-driven group of amateurs whose fringe beliefs are not shared by the general population.

Often associated with war crimes due to their ideological fanaticism re the Yugoslav Wars.

Amateurish and clownish in places such as the USA.

Who are you arguing with and what is it that you think you are arguing.
