Was Arthur Miller a Communist ? ?

.

The FBI followed the actress up until months before her death under suspicious circumstances in August 1962. The files also include information given in news articles about the actress’ death and extracts from Norman Mailer's biography of the actress, which highlights assumptions that Monroe was killed by the government.

The death of the Hollywood star still remains a mystery, even after two major government investigations. The first one was held straight after her death, and the other one was launched in 1982.

She was killed

A historical story about a girl and her guns . . .

八重の桜 | Yae no Sakura

[Subtitled in English]

“Yae no Sakura” will tell the story of Niijima Yae, also known as Yamamoto Yaeko, who was born into the Aizu Domain during the late Edo period. Skilled in gunnery, she helped defend Aizu during the Boshin War, earning her the nickname of the “Bakumatsu Joan of Arc.” After the war, she married educator Joseph Hardy Neesima (Niijima Jo) and became a Christian, and she helped Neesima found Doshisha University.

Set during the very turbulent times leading up to the Meiji Restoration.
