Burning Man announces ticket plan with $380 set price
The annual Burning Man art festival in the Black Rock Desert near Gerlach announced Friday it will sell 55,000 tickets this year on a first-come, first-serve basis, kicking last year’s lottery ticket plan to the dusty curb.

An available allotment of 40,000 individual tickets will go on sale Feb. 13 at $380 per ticket.
Tickets opened at $240 last year with prices steadily rising as the event approached, peaking at $410 near the time of the event.

That's basically the end of Burning Man since their product is their audience. They probably have a number of tickets for the burner elite socked away to make sure the content comes. But it's now a tourist attraction, not a collaborative event.

I'll probably try to get in on the early ticket sales and make some cash by scalping them.
Men often oppose a thing merely because they have had no agency in planning it, or because it may have been planned by those whom they dislike.
