An obvious stir-up by the international intelligence community.

Yes

West being pushed out of Africa

Africa had no alternatives, had to bend to Colonial powers for centuries

Now, they have alternatives

For West, everything will be more expensive, other bidders @ the table too

Independence for these countries is a fine aspiration, but not possible at this time. Africa needs financing and technology to harvest their natural resources.

Only the west has the ability to finance and manage large natural resources projects. The ‘independence’ movement looks like it is being set up by the west to encourage Africa to destroy their own income stream and cement western control.

In principle true

But

West has no interest helping Africa to strengthen, develop , as Africa the most resource rich continent

Meaning, Africa better off take the slow but honest progress, no to Western big financing and technology, and go with "honest" win-win , China and non western , Iranian, and Russian etc etc.

China never had colonies, China prospered for 10,000s of yrs by "trade" .. Now China needs all African resources, has deep pocket, and has no history of colonialism or exploitation.

Africa in the hand of "White Man" since 300 yrs and look where Africa at now.

Iranian mad mullahs said Africa prime market for Iranian goods and technology :D .. (probably) financier by Chinese Yuan

Africa and latin America do not need the lates technology forcing them to sink in deep debt to west for that.

Am sure you all familiar with the many articles explaining how west screws resource rich 3rd world countries .. as soon oil or gas or copper or Lithium etc is discovered , American companies jet in, say you guys need 5G internet, top airports, top military gear and and and, the poor nation soon is in debt to the eyeball and never come out of debt anymore.

Africa had it with West, chapter closed

“Independence” is the Western term for tightening their control.

Look at “independence” for Irian Jaya/Papua New Guinea. Benefits nobody but Freeport.

Look at the costumes provided for the “revolutionaries” by CIA Central Casting. Have not changed since 1950’s.

Africa needs reform, but they are playing into western schemes by weakening themselves.

irian jaya got imperially fucked over and destroyed by the Indonesians and they now occupy it, the only thing the west had to do with it was turn a blind eye in return for them ignoring us taking over the east timor oil fields.

Indonesian imperialism is not run by westerners.

papua new guinea is basket case of neglect - another group of indigene struggling to maintain the hard working old ways in a globalised world of porn and drugs and easy lazy options.

its more akin to some of the parts of neglected rural america than an any great conspiracy.

personally I hate the way our governments ignored them and left them rot, but thats the opposite of control - it was the racist middle class whites who didnt want open immigration and work permits to Australia that have left them without the mechanisms for a foot up in the world.

mining is the least of their concerns, its the average middle class white person who didnt want too many pacific villagers being dumped into their suburbs thats 100% behind their outcomes.

Irian Jaya is a colony of Freeport McMoRan.

My intended point is mining takes lots of money and high tech machinery/exploration, plus the markets for gold and uranium are controlled.

These countries can’t physically do anything independently. I don’t think Russia can do anything except be the salesman for China.

Africa needs diplomacy and better elites, not international spookdom setting up color revolutions guided by teenagers wearing Che Guevara berets.

yeh, cant accept that.

the Indonesian government is fully capable of its own agency.

dont suspect for a second their isnt lots of bribery and kickbacks from Freeport - you arent allowed to do busines in Indo without it.

for the last 6 years Indonesian govenment have had a magority share of that mine - they held the leash, they always did.

Niger has given France 30 days to leave.

Nigerian senate does not give its President authority to invade.

It must be nice to live in a country where the President cannot send troops abroad without agreement from the people’s representatives.

Acting US deputy secretary of state meets with military junta members in Niger

https://edition.cnn.com/2023/08/07/poli ... index.html

Acting Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland met with some of the members of the military junta in Niger Monday – a significant diplomatic push to restore democratic rule in what has been a key US partner nation.

Nuland met with Gen. Moussa Salaou Barmou, the self-proclaimed chief of defense, and three colonels supporting him for more than two hours for “extremely frank and at times quite difficult” conversations, she said.

Nuland is the highest level US official to meet in person with the military putschists. Her trip to the capital city of Niamey – made at the request of Secretary of State Antony Blinken – comes less than two weeks after members of Niger’s presidential guard seized power and a day after the deadline set by the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) for the military junta to restore democratically e

Prigozhin laughing

Nuland pretty much ruined western standing in the world .. she was central to now world being multipolar , America losing the world

Am astonished she still in power
