“What you’re seeing now is the end-product of this cultural revolution in American education playing out on American campuses, in particular, using the paradigm of the oppressor and the oppressed,” Griffin said, comparing protests to “performative art” that doesn’t help Palestinians or Israelis.

He right .. what happening in US by young generation is a "Cultural Revolution" ..

China had it's "Cultural Revolution"

Iran had it's "Cultural Revolution"

Meaning this not to be taken lightly

And

The women might be in forefront

The PR China "Cultural Revolution" was widespread, violent, and bloody.

The current "revolution" in the US is confined to the offspring of the ruling and chattering classes, predominantly female it would appear, taking bogus victimology courses at Ivy League universities, a generation of "useful idiots".

The real question here is whether America needs a "cultural rebooting"

Looking at things witnessing now, argument could be made not only there a need of a "Cultural REMAKE" of America, in all fields, POLITICS, Economy/Business, Culture, prevailing laws, but rather seems things "overdue".

True, not yet violent and bloody but could become one FAST.

You not seen how very calm situations can turn to total chaos and crazy within shortest time.

Things must be looked into when things still calm .. in chaos nobody listens, they shoot first ask question later .. that happened Shah time.

Should a major economic crisis occur, then all the DEI - woke ideology currently in fashion among the Western ruling and chattering classes will be the first victim.

YES

If major economic crisis occurs, all the DEI (had to google for DEI) is out the window, back to 1930 Germany

This trend already started in Europe, all the pretensions out the window .. Germany could again be on the for front of this

Harvard Reaches Deal With Student Protesters to End Encampment

University to evaluate disciplinary cases for pro-Palestinian protesters, meet with students to discuss endowment

..

In a letter to the Harvard community, President Alan Garber said the university would begin reinstatement proceedings for students “placed on involuntary leaves of absence” and evaluate the disciplinary cases of those who participated in the encampment.

University officials would also meet with students “to address questions about the endowment” of the school, Garber said.

Happy ending :)

I'n a big supporter of economic divestment, boycots, disengagement, whatever one calls it.

There is this annoying religious-like dogma that the free market is the healthy default, and selective boycots to be used in exceptional situations.

This needs to be reversed: the healthy default is to not do business with anybody, unless they have been proven not to be complete a-holes, criminal thugs, dangerous idiots, any combination of those. Which would make it a political issue and part of the default democratic process.

Since when are we obliged to co-operate with scum bags or manic morons. Because the holy freemarket priests say so?

I would vote to:

- divest universaties with a moronic cancerous managerial class, absurd post modernist ideological positions brainwashing our youths: defund them from all public taxpayer money.

- cut all ties with UNWRA and QATAR.

- make support to Israel dependent on how they want to create final and secure borders. The time to engage in messianic nonsense and "divide and rule" tactics is up. Draw your own ff-ing final borders like an adult would, annex more if you think you have to, offer citizenship to Palestinians living in those newly annexed locations.

After that, when a non-ambiguous territory is created, we are all there for you to root out, destroy jihadi militant groups inside your country and in your close environment, using the full hammar at our disposal.

The Iranian Mulla*s need to have their beards seriously trimmed, but you yourself have greatly contributed to what happened 7-10 by allowing Hamas to take root and grow in Gaza, while being too arrogant believing nothing could go wrong.

For this reason, when security and quiet has returned, there can be no business with no-brainer Netanyahu and his allies on the religious right. But neither with the naive messianic left: their disconnect from reality is even more dangerous.

Complete disengagement from psycho thug states Russia, Iran and China. The West can live without them, and should. Until they return to the civilized world. Which could take a while.

I would also opt to disengage from countries who are unwilling to legalize hard &soft drugs and properly take care of their addicts. This would put the USA on my list to divest completely.
Deep down I'm very superficial
