I may have posted this before. I took this picture a few weeks ago after I got out of my car in National wild life reserve. I was about to take a walk in the woods right before I saw it.(a pile of fur and black berries after it passed through a black bear)

It is also about 4 miles, on the same dirt road, from here:

If you start at New Orleans and take the biggest tributary of the Mississippi until you get to the last largest confluence this is where you end up. It would seem poetic if this was the actual head water of the Mississippi, coming out of a cave.
