Dropping wrestling would be a disaster. It's a sport that they actually had in the original Olympics, and has practitioners all over the World.
The World Series is already the top level of competition for baseball. No. A bit too obscure outside of China, and the Olympics already has Judo and Taekwandoand wushu.
