.

Key in arranging Schmidt’s visit is assumed to be Richardson’s longtime adviser on North Korea, Tony Namkung, who has visited North Korea more than 40 times during the past 25 years.

Google has the deep pocket to make an offer to northern part of Korea

let's see what comes out of it

if successful, it would mean, deep pocketed world giants of corporations could open a P2P channel of foreign policy without being obliged to bend to special interest

BTW : white house said don't go

Thank You Very Much for your post, Azari.

Maybe........

Google's motto is "Don't Be Evil"..........

So it is odd/interesting that they are dealing with Dr. Evil/the Current Kim ILL Devil...........

Could be they are trying to convert him to good........

Or maybe they are just looking for A Nice Little Pool of Low Cost Labor........

A place where people will literally work for food.......

Such as brownies...........*

Even if the Motive is Mercenary, it may improve life for the starving Nork  Hordes.........

But Dilbert ;) is very skeptical about the nature of Google.........

Maybe Google is looking for a backdoor to take down China's search engine......

I would not put it past the Dragon's Son of a Bitch Junk Yard Dog to Betray the Dragon for Big Bucks.........

Since the Nork Top Dog has half Dragon children killed whenever it can........

*Not a joke....... The South Koreans pay Norks partially in brownies..........

Maybe Google is looking to make money helping the North Korean authorities with data-mining, social network modeling and monitoring internet use.

Google might not want anything from North Korea. This might just be about Eric Schmidt trying to raise his political profile.
