Don't know if it is apocrypha or not, but
apparently the coach of the England team is payed millions of pounds per year,
whereas the coach of the Iceland team is a part-time dentist.

Final four: France, Belgium, England, and Croatia.
England has been making amends for the previous "national humiliation" at the hands of Iceland.
