Ireland

Figured that the emerald isle was worth a thread.

Here's an interesting link to the CAIN (Conflict Archive on the INternet) website.

It has a database of deaths.

Here you can adjust the cross-tabs.

This is how you turn a small port into a hub. Brexit is the gift that keeps on giving.
Glenn Carr, General Manager of Rosslare Europort welcomed the announcement by Brittany Ferries of a further weekly service each between the Co. Wexford port and St Malo and Roscoff, in Brittany, France.

As also reported today, the revived Roscoff route resumes service this Thursday, 4th February (this follows, Afloat adds the route's debut last year albeit also available for passengers).

The new services combined bring to 32 – sixteen in each direction – the number of weekly direct services across all shipping operators between Rosslare Europort and the European continent, establishing Rosslare as Ireland’s number one port for direct European services.

The first month of trading in 2021 has seen sensational results at Rosslare Europort. Despite the challenges of Covid 19 and the current difficulties with the UK post Brexit, overall Freight traffic at the port is 45% ahead when compared to the same period last year.

While UK traffic is down 49% for January, European Freight is up an incredible 446% year on year with unprecedented demand for the new direct services operating from Rosslare Europort to mainland Europe.

Imports from Northern Ireland to the Republic have risen by 77 per cent since the UK left the EU at the start of the year, while the value of exports from the Republic to the North has risen by 43 per cent, according to fresh Central Statistics Office (CSO) data.

The agency’s latest trade numbers show the value of goods imports from Northern Ireland rose to €1.77 billion in the first six months of 2021, up from just under €1 billion for the same period last year.

Exports to the North, meanwhile, rose to €1.57 billion, up from €1.1 billion last year.

Instead of Irish traffic flowing through the UK, UK trade is being redirected to Ireland.

I read in the other thread that if the Irish gets the shits with the immigration forced on them by globalists they can start slaughtering all the unwanted middle easterners.

its an old persian wisdom.

I will need an accurate map of which westerners are allowed to, and arent tho - its going to be a tricky walk around various prejudices and perceptions.

As a historian I have researched about it for several years and I strongly believe Gaelic people in the northwestern Europe and Gilaki people in the north of Iran were originally the same people, there are several evidences which show even in the Parthian era Gilaki people who were mentioned as Gaeli by Pliny, were still a Celtic-speaking people and probably in the Sassanid era they adopted an Iranian culture, we still see many Celtic words in Gilaki language.
Many evidence Ireland and Persia related

Ireland’s tragic demise - John Mac Ghlionn, The American Mind, 4 December 2023
https://americanmind.org/salvo/irelands-tragic-demise/

Ireland’s leaders are inviting disaster.

The Ireland of today is very different to the Ireland of yesteryears. Irish eyes are not smiling, and for good reason. Today, my homeland is a horrific place to live: riots on the streets, vehicles ablaze, innocent children being stabbed, and women being raped and murdered.

Crime statistics released earlier this year by the Garda Síochána, Ireland’s national police force, paint a rather troubling picture. Since 2019, serious criminal offenses, including murder, rape, and sexual assaults, have skyrocketed. As the statistics show, in the space of four years, reports of rape have increased by 13 percent. Moreover, over the past 12 years, the number of sex crimes have increased by a whopping 75 percent. Last year, 44 cases of murder or manslaughter were recorded. In 2021, 25 cases were recorded. That’s a significant jump.

What’s going on?

Although Leo Varadkar, Ireland’s Taoiseach (Prime Minister) has pleaded with citizens not to associate mass migration with crime, it’s difficult not to. According to the Irish Prison Service’s most recent report, over 20 percent of individuals incarcerated last year were not of Irish nationality. ...

... The people of Ireland are fed up. They have had enough. But those who wish to speak out risk being met with the full force of the law. Varadkar and his colleagues are working on a series of “hate speech” laws that will radically transform a country once renowned for its freedom of speech. The laws will criminalize the “offense of preparing or possessing material likely to incite violence or hatred against persons on account of their protected characteristics.” This means that having the wrong kind of meme saved on your phone’s photo roll could subject you to criminal penalties.

Varadkar’s right-hand man, Tanaiste Micheál Martin, has promised that the hate speech laws will be implemented before the Christmas holiday. If signed to effect, the country may very well become a totalitarian state, where statements once considered routine could land a person in prison.

A place once known for its céad míle fáiltes, craic, and its ceol (a hundred thousand welcomes, fun, and music) is morphing into something truly monstrous. The Irish people are still, by and large, a great bunch. However, they are being governed by elites who have little, if any, interest in protecting them from the very real—and very new—threats that they currently face.

I have a baseball bet at the front door to be used against any predator who believes he can invade my home for whatever the crazy reason might be. Of course the real danger is we can be remotely monitored and switched off from primary services like our bank account. This is not an enemy with a moustache.

In China you are now a suspect walking on the street without a smartphone. Cameras do the facial recognition of course.

Mr. P. probably had this right: guns are our last line of defense against rogue control-freak gvts.

dont really buy into that

if the population is subdued and depressed - shooting a corrupt cop achieves nothing but turning you into entertainment as they watch you get butchered by the powers that be. troublemaker.

the population is either motivated in enough numbers to stop it without guns, or its not going to happen.

besides, we arent countries anymore, we are social experiemtns for globalists - lots of disjointed sub cultures that barely tolerate eachother.

aint nobody dying for that.

It's all the sh*tholes that don't have invisibility cloaks hanging in the closet. The sh*tholes with invisibility cloaks have a big leg up on the rest of 'em.
