The regressive-progressive neo-liberals and the Bushite neo-conservatives have become the new conservatives with most vested interests in politics, business and culture.They are the ones that have most to loose at the moment. They are the "Haves" that want to conserve what they have, who love globalism and don't like sovereign nation states. Who hate Trump and fear the end of the EU.
The new radical forces that combat them can be identified as the "Trump-Brexit-Nexit-Frexit populist movements" in the West plus classical liberal and classical libertarian-conservative elites who don't recognize themselves anymore in the new neo-conlib Haves and their oligarchical tendencies.
