The problem is that if it were Not-Tommy-Robinson faffing about, the constables wouldn't care even if they should.

Tommy Robinson is a pretty reprehensible character from what I know. He and his group are a danger to public order. His mortgage fraud wasn't small potatoes either, by the by.
