That's how corporations work, they shield the individual from liability for the actions of the corporation. That's why personal responsibility at that level simply doesn't exist.
These guys take off and someone else gets hired to put out the fire. And as we have seen with Bush who started the fire, the narrative is about how well Obama puts out the fire.
