yes, the world is multipolar, and that has been growing since the rise of china, nothing to do with russia, everything to do with china becoming big enough to be relevant - a market with the power to change small countries economies.
no, chinas "win win" nonsense is not any more real than anyone elses - it will be the same mixed bag the west does - some good business doing good things, some exploitive business doing exploitive things.
