This is a political game, with "Iran" used as a weapon to subordinate countries like India to the economic and political domain of the US. The US is playing with fire, pushing the "Iraq option" in Iran not for regime change necessarily, but in a Cold War against the emergent states (Brazil, Turkey, India, China).

In Ongka's Big Moka Ongka, a New Guinea Big man, is seen preparing a Moka exchange. The objective of Ongka's Moka is to build status, prestige and fame for his tribe and for himself. Ongka uses Moka to elevate his status as the "Big Man" of his tribe. Giving Moka can bring the giver close to ruin but the political and social gains from increased prestige can outweigh this.

Traditionally, Moka was an exchange of pigs. The "Big Man" hires a speaker to go down the line of pigs, stopping before each one to sing its praises and describe its lineage. This scene is one of the highlights of the film along with extraordinary footage of a neighbouring "Big Man's" funeral and his tribe's reaction to his death and its probable causes. The film also shows that expensive modern consumer items have also become part of the Moka exchange.

Each member should represent a major segment of earth's population, number of inhabitants and importance of those inhabitants

America representing Anglo people .. America, Canada, Australia, Brits and and

German (maybe France) .. the Europeans without Russia
Russia and Iran .. the Middle East and EurAsia

All nuclear weapons should be in UN possession .. nobody should have them

All Natural Resources rights, like mineral rights, should belong to all humans, administered by UN

Sometimes "brothers" dislike and even hate each other more than strangers........

A good example would be in Asia.......... Ask Vietnam if China should represent it on the Security Council.... Suspect the answer would be "Hell! NO!" Likewise Japan.......

And probably South Korea which now religiously may have more in common with US/Uz than China & Japan........

A better example would be India & Pakistani: might fight a war over which klown on the klowncil

Nuke Weapons should be converted into space drives and anti-meteor weapon (Remember the Dinosaurs!) ....... UN Space agency could be a very good idea......

But classic problem considered by the Romans & Robert Heinlein: "Who shall guard the guards" if only one agency has them.....

Towers and others want to overthrow the Earth government, and plan to use the bombs to destroy "an unimportant town or two" so Earth takes them seriously. Dahlquist tells Towers that he will cooperate, but he does not want his family to live in a world run by the plotters and plans to stop the coup by preventing the bombs' use.

Dahlquist enters the bomb bunker, modifies a bomb to detonate by hand, and threatens to blow up himself and the bombs. He negotiates with Towers, pretending to be still naïve; he hopes to give the government time to stop the coup. Dahlquist is growing tired, however, and if he falls asleep the conspirators may regain control. He decides to disable the bombs beyond the plotters' ability to repair them, despite the danger. The only way to do so is to open them up and break the half-globes of plutonium at the core of each bomb. Dahlquist does so, but in the process exposes himself to a fatal dose of radiation. He dies "very happy."

The coup collapses and Towers shoots himself. The Patrol recovers Dahlquist's radioactive body and places it in a lead coffin. As Earth mourns the hero, his body is entombed in a marble monument, with an honor guard beyond the limit of safe approach.

Mineral rights, natural resources, in CANADA , belong to Crown, meaning the Nation

Basically natural resources is nationalized

How does this function ?

you want to drill for oil ?

you ask the crown for a license for a plot of free land

you commit (timeline) and do the drilling , spend the money .. what you get out , you share with the government

Same with Gold, copper and and and

I think, in Canada, even WATER belongs to crown

same idea should be applied to world resources

meaning world mineral rights should be administered, on behalf of world population, by United nation.

exploration companies can explore and sell the stuff, but must pay, according to "buy back" (like Oil), concession to UN .. UN would transfer those funds, pro-rata, pro population, to each nations
