The left has not left the left. The left/right dichotomy has differentiated into multiple individual propaganda silos, but the NPCs still identify as L/R and choose that teat when ingesting information.

It is just how I see what is happening, and not only in the US.

A common sense majority center-left center-right spectrum is evaporating. In the US case the democrat party is leaving the center-left position not to "extreme leftwing activism" but to lalaland post-modernist stupidities bred in universities detached from reality. Nothing political about intellectualized madness or socialized psychotics.

Communism and fascism are not opposites, they are one and the same and variations on a theme: autocratic, non-democratic dictatorships and gangster type monopolies. A modern member of this family is the techno-burocrat transnational lawyerite syndicate, of which the European Commission is a good example.
